Principal - Growth Intentions

Janelle is an IECL Certified Coach and a practicing educational leader in the secondary sector. She also teaches at the University of Canberra, enjoys delivering bespoke professional learning to educators across Canberra, and is a Senior Facilitator for the National Excellence in School Leadership Institute (NESLI) with the Australian School of Applied Management (ASAM).

Janelle holds a Master of Education in Languages Education (University of South Australia), a Postgraduate Certificate in Intercultural Language Pedagogy (Macquarie University), a Graduate Diploma in Education (University of Canberra), a Bachelor of Arts, and a Bachelor of Asian Studies in Japanese (Australian National University).

Growth Intentions works closely with clients to build trust and take deep dives into holistic reflection around the nature and impact of what stands in the way of potential. Mutual investment in the growth of our clients ensures a supportive, but challenging relationship, which examines how the interplay between our internal and external landscape impacts our ability to achieve success personally and professionally.

Growth Intentions also offers a consulting service in Education, partnering with new educators, new leaders, and uniquely Modern Languages Teachers. Engagement in the consulting arm of the business is available via bespoke professional learning opportunities including a suite of tailored workshops, one on one professional mentoring, and online learning programs. All of our products and services have a personalised and sustainable approach where long term engagement is encouraged for maximum growth.
